TO USE THE CHART:
Liability = Sale Price or Loan Amount
Fee = Title Premium for Policy*
* A 15% discount will be given on the listed premium if prior title evidence can be provided for the subject property. Acceptable forms of prior title include; a Title Policy (Owners or Loan), a Title Commitment naming the seller as proposed insured on Schedule A, or an Abstract of Title.
Other common fees:
- Loan Policy for Residential 1-4 Family SALE Transaction: $500
- Residential 1-4 Family REFINANCE Loan Policy (up to $400,000): $500.00
[Add $1.00/thousand for higher loan amounts] - GAP Endorsement: $150.00
- Realtor Closing Package: $150.00
- Construction Escrow Services: $450.00
- Special Assessment Letter: Varies by municipality. Call for pricing.
